A vibrant South West London based business has a requirement for an IT Support Analyst to join their team and take responsibility for a wide spectrum of IT tasks and projects.
In this role you will be given responsibility for providing 1st, 2nd and some 3rd line support. This will include, but not be limited to supporting PC applications, server/ PC network support and small IT projects. You will be given a lot of personal responsibility and autonomy.
To be suitable for this role it is essential that you have some previous experience in an IT Support role, ideally about 2 years. From a technical perspective, you must be experienced supporting and using the tools that are associated with a mainstream Microsoft based desktop and server environment. This must include Active Directory, MS Exchange (Server and Client side), Windows XP/7 and the mainstream MS Office applications. You will also need some experience with CRM or similar database systems. Any experience supporting Macs and Adobe products would be highly desirable.
