ASH09624PC HR Administrator The Ashdown Group have been engaged by a national retailer with offices close to Corby, Northamptonshire who need to recruit an administrator for their HR and recruitment team.

This is an internal HR role and is a great position from which to learn. The focus of the role is the administration of the recruitment process. As a national retailer turnover of part-time and shop floor worker is continual. The administration of the process can be demanding, especially during peak seasons such as Christmas.

You will be doing a large amount of work on a computer so you must have great written English skills and very familiar with Excel, Word and Outlook.

Over time other responsibilities will be distributed to you including the construction of job adverts and managing internal recruitment moves.

The company is a great place to work but due to the industry, this role can be fast paced. The business clearly values it team and will invest in training to help with the internal promotion policy.
