A successful organisation based in Cambridge is looking for a Human Resources Administrator to join an established HR team.
This role would suit someone with administrative experience within an HR generalist role and previous experience as either an HR Administrator, HR Officer or HR Coordinator.
Within this varied role you will provide support to the HR function, including maintenance of the HR database, recruitment activity (including posting of adverts, dealing with agencies and managing candidate responses), employee inductions and ad-hoc project work. You will also administer company events and compensation & benefits.
This role is paying a starting salary of up to £20,000 and working hours are 9.00am - 5.30pm.
