Our client a multinational company with a large online presence requires a specialist Marketing Manager to look after all online activities for the UK and Ireland.
The role focuses on the delivery of results in a highly competitive consumer market. The key objective is to source additional web traffic and conversions from across digital marketing channels.
Managing a marketing executive, working with an external agency and colleagues from across the globe, the Marketing Manager will look after all online initiatives including Search Engine Marketing, Metasearch, Affiliates, Partners, Online Display ads, Video and Mobile.
The role of online marketing manager includes responsibility for a significant budget. Project work, research and innovation are all mandatory expectations.
In addition the digital Marketing Manager will need to ensure appropriate analytics and tracking tools are in place and be an expert in providing insight from the findings. Expertise in deep dive analysis and manipulating large sets of data across multiple products with complex demand and conversion factors is also expected.
The ideal candidate should:
Be at the forefront of digital marketing techniques and trends.
Have strong management experience
Be experienced in managing external agencies
Have best-in class knowledge of online marketing levers, tracking tools and web analytics
Be able to manage a project from design to completion.
