Reference: ASH09707ZK Title: Senior C# Developer Description: Due to sustained success and growth, our client a modern financial provider is offering a new and exciting position for an experienced Senior C# Software Developer to join their small team based in Central / East London.

Working closely with the Systems Architect, the role will consist of developing the company’s platform by enhancing current versions of the product and working on forthcoming releases. Strong commercial experience using C# and .Net technologies to develop web based distributed systems is essential.

The successful Senior C# Developer will have used C# to develop sophisticated consoles, Win Forms and web applications using object orientated methodologies. In addition they will have experience in OO design and the architecture of complex systems.

Experience of integrating bespoke systems with third party services and working with highly distributed web based systems is essential. A strong understanding of coding best practices such as loose coupling, inversion of control (IOC) and the principles of clean code is also required.

The successful candidate will have experience in the following:

• C# 4.0
• OO
• ASP.NET / ASP.NET MVC
• VS 2008 and 2010
• HTML 4 (5 desirable) / XHTML
• JavaScript / JQuery
• XML
• XSD-Schema
• LinqToSQL / T-SQL
