An established and reputable organisation is looking for a hands -on HR Director to join their small HR team. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and reporting into the board, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing a comprehensive Human Resources service across multiple sites. This role will involve developing and delivering a human resources strategy covering Workforce & Organisational Development, Employee Relations, Generalist HR Services, Policies & Procedures, HR Management Development, Payroll & Workforce Systems, HR Software, Employee Benefits & Facilities as well as Health & Safety.
In order to be suitable for this role it is essential to have significant HR senior management experience with proven experience of implementing transformational change within large and complex organisations. It is essential to have managed a small HR team as well as budgets and financial recovery. A professional qualification (MCIPD) is required and the ideal candidate will also be degree educated.
