An opportunity for a customer focused Helpdesk Analyst has arisen within the IT department of a large organisation who have offices in Leatherhead. The principal responsibility of this role is to provide 1st line telephone and remote support to a very large UK based user community. The successful candidate will be supporting a mixture of mainstream Microsoft and a number of bespoke applications within an ITIL environment.
Suitable candidates must have previous experience within IT Support, preferably within a Helpdesk or Service Desk role. The ideal candidate will probably have worked in an ITIL environment, but this organisation will provide ITIL training for the right candidate. As part of your experience, you will need to have experience with mainstream Microsoft technologies such as MS Office, Windows XP Professional and Active Directory. You will also need to be someone who has very strong customer facing skills and enjoys working in a team focused environment.
