A corporate city based firm is looking for an articulate, customer focused IT Support Analyst to join its professional team on an initial 4 week contract. This is an urgent requirement so please only apply if you are available to start this role on or before Monday, 14th May.
In order to be suitable for this role you must be a technically savvy problem solver with experience of supporting Windows XP/7, MS Office 2007 and Active Directory. You will provide remote and desk side support and will be responsible for logging and monitoring a centralized IT mail box.
In addition to this you will be comfortable troubleshooting Windows server and network issues (LAN/WAN). This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic support analyst to join a highly successful company which is going through an exciting growth phase.
