Reference: ASH09875ZK Title: Accountant Description: The Ashdown Group has been engaged by an advancing accountancy firm to assist them in their search for an experienced Accountant.

The successful Accountant will proactively manage client accounts, providing a bespoke service across Essex, North East London and Kent.

In order to be suitable for this permanent opportunity you must be able to prepare a full set of accounts for a small business.

You will be visiting some client sites to perform functions of the role and you will need to be able to confidently deal with business owners and financial staff on your own. Due to the need to travel to client sites it is essential that you are a car driver and have your own transport.

The company offers a competitive salary of up to £28,000 and will consider applications from those that are newly qualified. The client does not provide an auditing service as part of its remit, therefore those seeking to gain experience in the auditing field need not apply. Hours are 9.00 - 5.30 with 20 days holiday.
