A widely recognised international organisation is urgently looking for a Service Desk Analyst to provide temporary cover for a two week period. This role is based in the central London area and you will need to be available for immediate interview and start.
Working as part of a dedicated service desk team you will be responsible for providing support via telephone, email and at desktops.
To be suitable for this role you MUST have strong support skills with the following:
- Windows 7
- Outlook
- Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Blackberry hardware/software
You may also be required to perform basic troubleshooting of networks and telecoms including the setup of video conferences.
• Based in London
•This role will initially be for a 2 week period however it may extend beyond this. The hourly rate available is up to £16 depending on experience.
